Yes – there are two different scenarios we “play” in these Assessments, one for each role. We consider anyone looking at a position which contacts the customer before a sales decision as needing to get through the sales scenario. Anyone who contacts a customer after a decision is made as going through the customer care scenario. The reality is the customer engagement is equally dynamic, but very different in terms of what you have to accomplish. The “play” is the same though for all client hires on each side of the spectrum, such that you have a consistent skills demonstration opportunity. Candidates are sent an email which introduces the Assessment, explains how it works, and provides links to preparatory materials. It is positioned as a skills program, not as a test. For new hire candidates, we emphasize it’s a great way for a candidate to show the client company that they are the one!
