Assessment FAQ’s – How the program works – what to expect?

Imagine you had a trusted business associate you knew had an extensive background in building and leading sales and customer care teams. Someone you knew could spot winners and more importantly folks you should not add to the team. That in the course of their interview would actually get candidates to demonstrate skills or lack thereof. That in the course of their interview would give some hard feedback to see how they responded. That would record their process and give you a chance to watch it and see what they saw. That same recording would be something you could share with your hiring team so they could see it too.

  • You send our suggested email to candidate and us (That’s it! – we handle everything from there)
  • We:
    • Email candidate introduction and prep links
    • Candidate schedules session with us
    • Conduct 30-40 minute recorded play with feedback
    • Send you link to recording and scorecard – you share with decision team
    • Schedule a call with coach to discuss results
